Can I change my order?

To make any changes to your order, you need to get in touch within four (4) hours of placing your order online.  We process and package up your order as soon as we can – including during weekends.  Once your order is processed we’re unable to make any changes.  If you need to get in touch sooner, call or text us on 0226693647.  If you leave a message we will respond as soon as we are able.

How do you send my order?

Orders are sent by courier “signature required” or “non-signature”.  We recommend “signature required”.  Once your order is processed we will email you.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you provide courier instructions such as where to leave your parcel.
  • Within a reasonable length of time we process your order.  The courier company (Courier Post or Aramax) collects your parcel on the next business day.  During busy periods, there may be a delay with parcel pickup and delivery.
  • A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to enable you to track your parcel.  This is sent when your parcel is booked with the courier company.
  • Generally it takes two (2) to four (4) business days from placing your order for your parcel to reach you.  Please allow extra time during busy periods, if the delivery address is rural, when there are government imposed Covid-19 restrictions or Covid outbreaks.  Any delays with the courier company are beyond our control.
  • If you haven’t received your order within seven (7) days, please get in touch with us by phoning or messaging us on 0226693647, or emailing [email protected].
  • We do not deliver orders to PO Boxes.

Parcel addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure the address you provide is correct.  We are unable to take responsibility for addresses which have been incorrectly entered into our address fields on our website.  To check the address you wish to send your order to, check this website to ensure it is correct:  https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder.  This link will take you outside this website.

We will not be liable for late delivery, and nor does late delivery allow you to cancel any order or part of any order.

If we have made an error with an address, we will redeliver, replace or refund the order (choosing whichever option we wish).

Where do you send orders?

We send orders all over New Zealand from Cape Reinga to Bluff, and the outer islands of New Zealand.  Although we don’t send internationally currently, check back regularly.  Do get in touch if you would like products sent overseas.

Freight and shipping

Courier charges have increased significantly and they may change without notice.  We charge flat rates and these vary depending on the region your order is couriered to.  Charges below are signature required:

  • Auckland = $8.00
  • Auckland (Rural) = $12.00
  • North Island = $9.00
  • North Island (Rural) = $13.50
  • South Island = $10.50
  • South Island (Rural) = $14.50
  • Chatham Island = $10.50
  • Stewart Island = $14.50
  • Great Barrier Island = $14.50
  • Waiheke Island = $9.00
  • We offer free local delivery for orders of $30.00 or more in some parts of Auckland

Within a realistic length of time we will courier at your cost your order to the address you have supplied on our website at the rate specified on our website.  If you provided an incorrect address or one with inadequate detail on our website, we take no responsibility and will not be liable.

If it is clear to us that you have made an error with the shipping address you have provided on our website, we will attempt to get in touch at the earliest opportunity.  If we are unable to reach you, we may cancel your order, or place it on hold at our discretion.  We will not be liable or responsible if we were provided with an incorrect address or one lacking sufficient address details.

We will not be liable for any information you provide on our website such as an incorrect address, email address or phone number.  You agree you will check your email messages (including junk and/or spam folder/s) and voicemail messages regularly.  If we need to clarify details and are unable to contact you, at our discretion we may cancel your order or place it on hold.

Can I click and collect?

Yes you can.  We offer curbside collection for Auckland customers.  We aim to get your order ready as soon as we can.
